Poland smash Brazil, snatch runners-up place of Group B

Poland defeated Brazil 33:23 in the third round of Group B games of the 27th IHF Men’s Handball World Championship - Egypt 2021 at New Capital Sports Hall, Cairo on Tuesday.
The Poland team dominated the first period with a score of 13:11 lead over Brazil, in a tense 30 minutes that saw lots of action.
In the second period, Poland continued putting on a superb show, snatching the victory over Brazil with a score of 33:23.
Already qualified to the main draw of the 27th IHF Men’s Handball World Championship, Poland, claimed the runners-up place of Group B with 4 points.
Poland started their mission in the tournament by beating Tunisia 30-28 before losing to topflight Spain 27-26 in the second round.
Poland's goalkeeper Adam Morawski claimed the ‘Player of the Match Award’ after a superb performance during the game, helping his team to beat Brazil.
Poland joined Spain and Brazil from Group B to the main round of the World Championship.
